February was a great month for home sales in Houston and specifically The Woodlands!! Wow! There were 77% more single family homes sold this year over last year and the inventory is down about 30%.  It is a very healthy market right now and the stats prove it with both the average and median $ per Square Foot up respectively 6 and 8%. The average and median days on the market are down dramatically which is great for the sellers putting their home on the market. Can’t wait to see what the next few months bring!
